Texture Capital

Texture Capital is one of the first FINRA/SEC-registered broker-dealers specifically built for digital asset securities, operating an ATS for secondary market trading of tokenized real-world assets. Led by industry veteran Richard Johnson, the platform integrates with the Canton Network for institutional privacy and supports automated compliance for private securities. Texture also operates Texture Transfer Services LLC, an SEC-registered transfer agent for on-chain share registries.
